Head & Tack loop length to be 25mm ID, using 25mm wide webbing.
Please fit a 19mm ID eyelet 130mm up from the Tack on the luff.
Tack set back is 30mm from the foil.
Forestay length; pin to pin 10.620m plus/minus 25mm; add 55mm to deck
Angle of the forestay is apx 70 deg.
Deck variation - the deck at Clew measurement pt. H32, is apx. 140mm lower than deck at the tack pt. H33.
The #1R Genoa is for a TWS of 5-20 knots with depth to power the boat for the local Gulf Summer sailing conditions, which are: – Morning, 5-10 kts; Afternoon, strengthening sea breeze of 15 kts, with 1m close waves; this builds to 20 kts with 1.5-2m close steep waves.  These waves are caused by the wind with or against the tide.
The Traditional 30 has a 7/8 low aspect fractional rig, so we are active sail trimmers - to get the best from the boat.
