I have answered your questions below. Please let us know how we make our down payment. I have added a pin to pin measurement (raising the halyard to the top of the mast and measuring to the bottom of the shackle. Note: we do not have the furler on the boat yet, as we do not yet have a headsail with luff tape. 
 
The pin to pin measurement on the forestay is 26' 11" (see attached picture). According to one source, the deduction for our CDI FF2 furler is 13.5". With the 13.5" deduction, if my math is right, the length of the luff should be 25' 9.5".
